Hello! The sticker can be removed by pulling the edges of the sticker in the vertical grooves of the cap. Once the sticker is removed, the cap will easily remove by using one of the vertical grooves as a starting point. From then on, you want to pull the tubing taught around 3ft in coils, then push the white tip into the lid. You will hear a loud snap when the white tip is fully secured. Wet & Forget won't kill grass or get into the root system of grass. Normal over spray is fine but if you get a good amount on the grass you may notice browning. To prevent any browning you can rinse grass with water before and after applying Wet & Forget.

Rinse nearby plants with water before and after applying Wet & Forget to help prevent spotting and damage to the leaves. Wet & Forget will not get into the root system of plants.

Hi Karen! Mix 1 part Wet & Forget with 5 parts water. If you have a 1 gallon sized pump sprayer, you would put 20oz of Wet & Forget into the sprayer, then take the hose and fill to the 1 gallon marking on the sprayer. If you have a 2 gallon sized pump sprayer, you would just double the mix, 40oz of Wet & Forget and fill to the 2 gallon marking with water.

Wet & Forget will not harm grass. The product is no longer active after it fully dries, there is nothing to worry about when it rains.

Wet & Forget is very gentle so results will take time. Green stains clean up in about a week or two with rain. Black stains and moss tend to take a few months. If you have a stone with decades of growth, it will likely take several months to clean up.

We came back to this cemetery about a year later. Stones with this much growth will take several months to fully clean up.

At the moment we do not have any products that can be used with a pressure washer.

Typically just one application is needed to clean most stains. If you have a surface that hasn't been cleaned in many many years, you may want to do a second application a few months down the road to finish up the job.

If you're going to use the entire bottle, it will make whats on the front of the bottle in the center. For example, 1 gallon makes 6. You can pour the whole bottle into a sprayer, then add 5 full bottles of water for a total of 6 gallons.
